At Neelyog, we understand that in a city like Mumbai, space comes at a premium. The prices of housing are so astronomical that affording a house in the city is beyond the capacity of a majority of Mumbai’s population. It is for this reason that we remain focused on affordable housing by building budget homes and rehabilitating slum dwellers.
NEELYOG APARTMENTS, Kandivali west
Some of our CSR work includes reducing the financial struggle for people in our KAPOL community and to help alleviate their lives.
An example of this is Neelyog Apartments in the prime suburban locality of Patel Nagar, Kandivali West, where we have given away 83 1BHK flats on the basis of a lucky draw from thousands of shortlisted applications at a price of just Rs. 1,325 per sq. ft.
Neelyog AAWAAS
Kapol Nagar in Nallasopara was in a dilapidated condition and about 200 Kapol families were precariously living in dangerous conditions as they were unable to even afford the cost of maintenance and upkeep. There was no FSI for redevelopment and under the circumstances the situation for those families living in it was grim. Neelyog offered to help and constructed a new building for them by charging a mere 25,000 from each family which was more of a token amount to maintain the self respect and dignity of the families by making them contributors to their own redevelopment. With increased FSI now a reality in Nallsopara, the second phase of construction for those who had missed out in phase I is well and truly underway.
