We at Neelyog love creating history. From being the pioneers of Slum Rehabilitation Schemes to being the generators and proud owners of one of the first TDR certificates that Mumbai has ever seen, to constructing the first multiplex in a SR scheme, and the first multiplex for the suburb of Ghatkopar – we love forging our own path.

We are happy to share that we are in the process of commencing an extremely ambitious project in Pant Nagar area of Ghatkopar East which will see the first of its kind and the only Joint Development project involving joint development and rehabilitation of slum pockets with a Mhada Transit Camp. On its successful completion, this will result in the transformation of an entire area positively affecting the lives of thousands of families.
